I am working on purchasing a Sony PCM M10 to record jam sessions and gigs!

I am trying to reformat some video of a gig with Clayton Roffey so that it will fit on my website or on YouTube. If you are a Mac wizard and know a fast an easy (i.e. FREE!) way to reformat video to a smaller rate then please email me!
